autumn news
Well into the northern hemisphere fall/autumn and we have been busy...
- Jon and Aukje have recently set themselves up in appartment in Den Haag, The Netherlands, and a new beetroute HQ has been created within this cosy space;
- Aukje has begun writing a book of her experiences throughout The SLOW Journey which will go to print in april, and Jon has begun a temporary work contract locally;
- Newsbeet Issue 8 is in construction and will be released mid-month with articles from Chile, California and Greenland, plus news from Jon and Aukje's edutainment presentations in schools;
- We have submitted a grant application and are awaiting news on its progression for a new project in 2010, which would be a crucial stepping stone for beetroute!
We have other proposals in development too.
